Arnie Greenfield, VP Engineering

Arnie is responsible for managing Brainshark's product development activities and technical direction. With over 20 years of software development and management experience, he has compiled an impressive record of delivering quality products in a variety of application domains. Prior to Brainshark, Arnie was the VP of engineering at Eleven Technology, where he led the development of next generation handheld software for the CPG industry. The software changed the industry model by facilitating increased sales rather than just recording deliveries, and resulted in consecutive years of 100% revenue growth for Eleven.

Prior to Eleven, Arnie served as VP of engineering at Segue Software, where he delivered pioneering Internet testing software and participated in a successful IPO. As director of development at Primavera Systems, he delivered project management software to users in over 40 countries. Both companies' revenues rose by over 300% during his tenure.

Arnie holds a PhD in Decision Sciences from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and is the author of several published technical papers.
