Brainshark coming to our association has had an immediate, positive impact on the way we do business both with our internal and external customers. It has provided us flexibility in how we disseminate information about our business to employees. It has allowed us to connect with our agents in the field in such a way, that they are rarely required to attend in-house training sessions. Perhaps, the most important impact is how we deal with our members. I work in our Sales Organization in Group Sales. I recently obtained my FL 215 license which has enabled me to discuss our various plans. Some of our groups prefer a ""live"" presentation; others are good with a presentation that can be distributed to their employees. Therein lies the beauty of Brainshark. One more point - this one may be odd - but Brainshark can also be a tool for someone like myself that was looking to get promoted a way to distinguish themselves. I have a nice speaking voice (so I've been told) and was asked by co-workers to ""Brainshark"" (that's a verb around here) a presentation for a group they could not physically travel to.
